PRN0690 Transitions into Practical Nursing (CCP)
This course provides the opportunity for synthesis of the knowledge, skills and professional values needed to transition to the role of a practical nurse. Professional care concepts of communication and leadership will be examined. In addition, the nursing concepts of reproduction, growth and development, safety, care giving, and patient education will be applied to the maternal/newborn, child populations and their families.
