HUS4321 Case Management and Problem Solving (BS)

This course provides approaches used by human services professionals to meet the service needs of individuals and groups, including persons with mental, physical or developmental disabilities as well as children, families and the elderly. A range of topics is covered including historical perspectives, methods, documentation and service coordination.
