BSC1005 Concepts In Biology (AA)
Prerequisite: Appropriate math, English and reading placement scores or course completion required to enroll in this course. For non-science and elementary education majors only.
This course is designed to give students an understanding of the major biological concepts. Lectures and discussions focus on how and understanding of biological concepts is relevant to environmental, social and ethical issues. Note: This course cannot be used to satisfy degree requirements by students who already have credit in BSC1010. (*)
