PLA2303 Criminal Litigation (AS)
Prerequisite or Corequisite: PLA1003
This course is designed to prepare students to assist criminal trial attorneys in preparing for litigation in both Florida and federal criminal courts. Course content includes exploration and examination of substantive criminal law, constitutional protections specific to criminal proceedings, and the processes governed by the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
