Student Due Process

The violation of the Code of Conduct is referred to the dean or designee, campus security or College representative by those involved or from bystanders. All notices under the Student Code of Conduct may be provided by hand delivery, email and/or certified mail sent to the address on record. During the conduct process all parties will be treated fairly, equitably and without bias. The responding party is always considered to be not responsible until the evidence is objectively evaluated.
