AER0830 Engine Performance 1 (CCP)
Prerequisite: AER0601 (with a grade of C or higher)
This is an introductory course designed to establish proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of engine ignition systems, computerized controls and emissions systems. Special emphasis will be placed on the proper use of engine performance diagnostic tools, such as the engine analyzer, oscilloscope, emissions analyzer and handheld scan tools. The course instruction will consist of classroom and laboratory activities designed to meet industry and safety standards.
