CAI2702 AI-Enhanced Project Management (AS)
Prerequisite: CIS2513 (with a grade of C or higher)
This course explores the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into modern project management practices. Students will examine how AI tools, such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms, are revolutionizing project planning, execution, and control processes. The course covers AI-driven approaches to both traditional predictive and agile project management methodologies, emphasizing practical applications of AI for communication enhancement, risk management, decision-making, and project forecasting. Students will gain experience in using AI to enhance project lifecycle management while understanding the limitations and best practices for AI adoption.
