CEN2057 Quality Systems for Project Managers (AS)
Prerequisite: CIS2513 (with a grade of C or higher)
This course introduces students to Six Sigma quality management principles and prepares them for the ASQ Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. The course emphasizes practical application of quality systems within project management environments. Students will explore the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework as a project management tool for systematic process improvement. There will be a focus on quality planning, customer requirements analysis, process mapping, and improvement implementation to help eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance project deliverables.
