HIM2222C Applied Inpatient Coding (AS)
Prerequisites:
HIM1282C, HIM1433C (with a grade of C or higher)
This course will provide the student with instruction and hands-on application of advanced diagnostic coding and procedural coding conventions for inpatient services. Reimbursement and compliance issues focusing on inpatient coding will be covered.
