HSC4701 Leadership and Management in Healthcare (BS)
Prerequisite: Admission into the Cardiopulmonary Science program
This course focuses on the theories, concepts and principles of leadership and management in health care. Emphasis is on the development of leadership and management skills related to personal and professional behavior, communication, organization and self-examination. This course explores opportunities to develop leadership roles appropriate to careers in health and human services organizations.
