RET1272, RET1272L (with a grade of C or higher)
This course provides an orientation to the clinical practice of respiratory care which is emphasized in this 8 hour per week, class/hospital based course. Organization of the patient chart, aseptic technique, sterilization techniques, patient assessment, pharmacology, application of skills (oxygen therapy, etc.) learned in
RET1272L and time management are stressed in this clinical internship.
