MEA1021C Diseases, Disorders and Treatments 1 (AS)
Prerequisites: MEA1007, HSC2531, BSC2085, BSC2085L (with a grade of C or higher)
Corequisites: BSC2086, BSC2086L (with a grade of C or higher)
This course provides a study of nutrition, surgical procedures, emergencies, ophthalmology and otolaryngology, dermatology, allergy, and infectious diseases. It will focus on the skills necessary to take vital signs, assist during physical exams, and perform diagnostic and treatment procedures in these specialties.
