COS0155 Barbering 8 (CCP)
Prerequisite: COS0154 (with a grade of C or higher)
Corequisites: VPI0100, VPI0200, VPI0300
This course is designed to equip students with essential employability skills, effective communication techniques, and fundamental math knowledge required for success in the barber industry. Additionally, the entrepreneurial aspects of the field and an overview of the State Board of Barbering requirements, laws, rules, and regulations will be provided. Both classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory activities will ensure students attain the highest industry standards. During lab sessions, students can practice and refine the skills acquired in this course and build upon the knowledge gained from previous classes.
