ACR0307 HVAC & R Installation and Start-Up (CCP)
Prerequisite: ACR0501 (with a grade of C or higher)
Corequisites: VPI0100, VPI0200, VPI0300
This course focuses on operating solid-state electronics in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Students will learn to read and interpret construction documents, assist in installing residential HVAC systems, and understand start-up procedures. The course also covers conducting start-up and check-out procedures for mechanical heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring students are proficient in installation and system verification.
