| Each student enrolled in a health credit or CCP program where HSC0003 or HCP0121C is required may meet this requirement by documentation course competencies having been achieved through coursework, work experience or licensure.* |

1. HCP 0121C (75 clock hours)
2. HSC 0003 (78 clock hours) |
