Student Complaints and Grievances
Resolution of student complaints and grievances are important to student success. Palm Beach State College recognizes that sometimes a student feels unfairly treated or would like further clarification of a rule or policy. If a student’s problem is not resolved at the initial point of inquiry, students are encouraged to submit the Student Problem Resolution Form. This form generates an incident report that is routed to the appropriate administrator for resolution through our management software system called Maxient. The record of the complaint in Maxient provides one place to document and appropriately resolve all student complaints.
